By purchasing a ticket for a Studio T Salon Pop-Up Salon Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless, respectful, and high-quality experience for all guests and stylists.

Ticket & Consultation

• The $150 ticket fee is non-refundable and secures a one-hour private consultation with a Studio T Salon stylist.
• The ticket fee does not apply toward the purchase of a hairpiece.
• Purchase of a hairpiece is not required. If no purchase is made, the ticket fee remains non-refundable.
• One ticket is valid for one individual only and may not be transferred or purchased on behalf of another person.
• Purchasing additional tickets does not extend consultation time beyond one hour.

Event Services & Products

• Hairpieces are not colored on-site at Pop-Up Events.
• Our stylists travel with a full collection of wigs, toppers, and hairpieces for fitting and consultation.
• Any hairpiece requiring customization or coloring will be transported to Studio T Salon in Crystal Lake, Illinois, professionally finished, and then shipped or made available for pickup.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits are available at Pop-Up Events.

Scheduling & Arrival

• Appointments are scheduled back-to-back to ensure all clients receive their full consultation time.
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the appointment without refund.
• No guests are permitted. Only ticketed clients receiving a consultation may attend.
• Children and pets are not allowed due to safety and sanitation guidelines. Because we are renting space from a salon that is operating under typical business hours this is greatly appreciated, as space will be limited.

Photography & Videography

• Studio T Salon may capture photos or short video clips during the event to highlight the experience and artistry of our work.
• Any content used is intended to celebrate the event and may appear on Studio T Salon’s website, social media, or marketing materials.
• By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in this manner. If you have specific concerns, please speak with a Studio T Salon team member upon arrival.

Payment & Gratuity

Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit/debit cards.
Studio T Salon stylists are compensated through commission.
While gratuity is always optional, a tip is greatly appreciated by our stylists for their time and expertise.

Cancellations & Event Changes

• If you are unable to attend, please notify Studio T Salon as soon as possible so we may offer your appointment to a client on our waitlist.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
• If a city does not meet the minimum ticket requirement, the event will be canceled and all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
• Event locations will be disclosed 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Additional Terms

• Tickets purchased in violation of these policies are non-refundable.
• Store credits may not be redeemed at Pop-Up Events.
• Please do not contact the host salon, as they do not have access to appointment or product information.
